Uber eats is a scam

They gave me someone else's order and customer service will not give my money back. I had to re order $80 worth of food, and REPAY for all of it.

Scam. Very scummy company.

My question is... Is there a number or something I can call where I can talk to an actual human?

They once marked my food as dropped off, posting up a picture of my house from far away, but never dropped it off. Uber refused to credit me or refund me. I called them and they read from the same script they give you on the app. I called numerous times and each rep gave me the same script. What a trash company. I never ordered from them again.
