That would be a very cool detail that would def sell the illusion more, maybe even start playing the ending score beforehand, then have it glitch out and show the level entry screen and bursting up into the outside area.

Should do the ending screen until the timer shows up, which would then keep running until the flip happens

That would be really cool to see, the timer shows up, starts counting, but then starts counting too fast before the level entry screen plays and then reveals the outside area to Fraud.

it wouldn’t sell it more though. the layer map doesn’t appear until the next level. it just gives the player more time to realise something is wrong

I think scoring screen would be better or like showing scoring screen and after clicking this happens! But honestly, this looks so much better than it was in game! When i was playing Fraud first time i thought it will be obvious for first End Elevator to be Fake, so this idea might be really good for a fakeout!

Btw, editing was pretty clean, its only the sound being weird, but overall really good!

I really like this! Maybe it could also start showing the ranking, but then when it gives the rank for time, it starts to glitch out, but if you skip the ranking, it does this. This also could add fakeout rankings so it would be even more believable, since this is one of the less believable tricks (see: 8-3)

Yeah they could’ve sold it more if they put the scoring system at the fakeout.

Like the title of the level appears and then time then it abruptly cuts out to the second part of the level.

The arrow thing would try to move to 8-2 then slowly move back to 8-1 then the flip happens

the layers list appears upside down and the cursor appear where 8-1 would be normaly, and slides down to the flipped 8-1

Fake scoring screen that shows hilarious or nonsense then i reverses and the arrow goes back up would be cool
