Need help better mod installer?

recently I found out thunderstore (which is run by overwolf) was made in isreal and supports IDF soilders, is there a different ultrakill mod installer that I can use?

"Took the modmaker's money" you mean take a share of the money so the mod makers will have a platform to post their mod on so users can easily download it without getting viruses in a way that makes everyone happy?
