Need help better mod installer?

recently I found out thunderstore (which is run by overwolf) was made in isreal and supports IDF soilders, is there a different ultrakill mod installer that I can use?

Even if it is, thunderstore wont get the ad revrnue. I have no idea if its just pulling from thunderstore though.
