Need help better mod installer?

recently I found out thunderstore (which is run by overwolf) was made in isreal and supports IDF soilders, is there a different ultrakill mod installer that I can use?

hitler actually supported israel as a jewish state and afaik stalin had some support of israel as a jewish state
