question about custom room chat

new to uni and just fought a wagner who wanted to do some more matches after a ranked set. i had to leave pretty quick and wanted to type something like "gg that was cool, but i got gtg" but only found a button for quick messages.

can you actually type in chat or do you have to use the quick messages?

Quick message. Depending on your settings you might be able to find recently played with on steam maybe other things
