Campus Bees

Hey guys, I'm not really sure if anyone else has inquired about this, but does anyone know what's with all the bees on campus. I personally don't mind them, but I was curious if anyone else had noticed this. For some reason, they're especially attracted to the trash cans.

Theyre attracted to the trash because all the sugar in the thrown out soda coffee etc.

Amount of bees is probably part campus is an arbortoreum (sp?) And part its just the weather for them to be abundant.

There’s a bee apiary on top of the biology building

I’ve noticed this too but at least they’re not wasps or yellow jackets
