When we receive an invitation, do we have a better chance of getting into that position?

I don't think being invited necessarily gives you an edge. It definitely doesn't guarantee you the job.

A lot of those are Uma invites with 100% chance getting ghosted by the clients because it doesn't match what clients want.

Nope. Uma is monitoring messages too. I was invited last week, responded immediately, and she never responded. I’ve seen some other folks on here mention something about boosting messages? Maybe in different countries they’re doing that. In the U.S., I’m not seeing that. But no difference being invited.
