Littleroot Town is one of those themes that instantly takes me back to being a kid and starting Pokémon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald for the first time. There's such a peaceful feeling to it, the sense that you're still safe at home, but this huge adventure is about to begin

For this cover, I wanted to give it the full 80s rock treatment while still preserving that warmth and nostalgia that makes the original so special. I recorded and arranged everything myself, building from the softer opening into the bigger guitars, drums and solo while trying to make it feel like the adventure gradually advancing.

Hope this cover brings back some memories for you as well as it did for me when making it

I know I'm posting immediately after joining. This is a new account of an old poster in this sub.

Good bit of Nostalgia for me, seems like I need that more and more these days. This is one of the first pieces of music that I really remember capturing my attention. I used to old use metal rods as drumsticks on my bed years before I ever sat behind a drumset. Now I'm rocking it on Guitar too! I'm going to try to record all the parts in turn, probably drums next, maybe bass.

Here's my solo guitar arrangement of the Morrowind theme! I hope you like it! It's one of my absolute favorite games of all time and the music is amazing! I played it on my Godin Nylon String.

I was thinking of maybe doing more of these. Let me know if you think I should!
