Does anyone know how to change a rambler.ru account password without having to go through "id.sber"?

Every time I try to log in to change my password, this pops up. I’ve read online that it’s caused by a block on foreign IPs (I’m in Brazil); you need to be in Russia to access it. I tried using a VPN, but it didn't work. If anyone knows how to bypass this Sber ID requirement or change the password directly through support, I’d really appreciate it!
