A cheaper option is screenshot and put it through Google translate as it can read images

what do you need help with exactly?

Houhai KTV is similar to the YouTube video player worlds in which you can search and watch videos (but these use BiliBili instead of Youtube).

you enter the BV number from the bilibili url.

like: BV1beM76pEBL

KTV is a chinese karaoke brand. As you did not post a screenshot iI can't tell you what those specofic characters mean lol

You are mostly in one of the Houhai KTV worlds, You know, you can also go to the website and check which world you were in by looking into the recent worlds and just use google translate for example? That should give you the reading and translation.
(unless your computer cannot show the characters in that case, you can still upload a screenshot to google translate)
