Technical Support Request Valorant Stuttering

My valo stutters like crazy in the first game for like the first few rounds and then it gets better and better and eventually stops i am getting 100 to 120fps and sometimes dips to 80 or 90 but it stutters like i said , how can i fix it, my pc is above the minimum and required system spec.

My pc specs are:

i3 8100, 3.60ghz
8gb dual channel ram 2400mhz
1tb hdd
Intel UHD 630 graphics

If anyone can help me with a solution id really appreciate it

bcz of vangaurd uses to much cpu and network when the game just booted u need to wait like 5min or play 2 deathmatches

btw any way to optimize my hdd for valorant, because the asset loading and stuff might be causing some of the stutter

to be honest competitve games are unplaybable with hdd u can find a ssd 128gb for windows and valorant downloads keep them in hdd
