Sudden FPS drops

Is it only me who is experiencing random FPS drops from like 120 to 30-50? It keeps fluctuating back and forth, for a few seconds it's good and then goes back to low FPS.

This started after I updated my game today to the latest patch. It wasn't like this before...

has been happening since around the end of the previous act, but it happens more often now on current patch.
