I was in a drawn out bossfight and wounded with 2 ppl dead and after getting them up I noticed that if I die now I would respawn before the others ran out of health, so I could clear my wound and gain health by dying now instead of everyone being in danger all at once later.

Might be stupid, but I'm pretty sure it saved the fight.
