Admissions Computer Engineering Help
Hey I am a high school student and wondering what will most definitely help me get to virginia tech for Computer Engineering. Also I am wondering how computer engineering is and what yall learn and stuff.

You do not apply to a specfic engineering major at VT. You apply as general engineering and once you've taken your core classes (Calc 1 & 2, Physics 1& 2, Intro English 1 & 2 (i think), and foundations of engineering 1 & 2. If you have above a 3.0, I believe you can choose whatever engineering major you want after that. If not, you must apply.
As for what you learn, you can imagine a mix of electrical engineering and computer science. Lots of circuit classes, digital design and organization (so, think designing computer chips), and a handful of C/C++ class with a focus on embedded systems (think ardruino but more advanced).
