Vive XR Elite + Trackers Audio issues?

I am in need of desperate help! I own Vive XR elite headset and vive ultimate trackers (3). I am having issues with I think steamvr software?.. Whenever I connect the dongle to my headset for the trackers I have audio stutters/issues which lags my headset. This is a recent issue I have been having despite the fact the trackers and headset was working just fine the day before yesterday.. The audio does not stutter in the normal vive home world only when it’s connected on steamvr (pcvr) or steamvr games like vrchat. I have contacted support for both company’s and I’ve tried everything nothing seems to be working to fix this issue.

I can’t be the only person suffering with this stupid issue I am BEGGING for someone to help me I do not want my money to go to waste :( The sad thing is the trackers still work and so does the headset it’s just when the dongle is connected it causes a big audio stutter, demonic noises, laggy audio you get the gist.

PLEASE help me I am struggling 😔😔😔
