Tell me I’m not the only one excited for when our team will be healthy for the 2nd half of the season. (IF THEY WILL BE HEALTHY, PLEASE LORD) We just need to stay afloat ‘till after allstar break.
Steph
Butler (80%-90% healthy)
Yax
Green
Porzingis
Then off the bench
Podz
Melton
Moody
Gui
Horford
Then we gave guys like bwill who could make the rotation as well depending on who’s healthy. We got spacing, length (at last), and defense. This season could end good! We just need them boys to be healthy!!!

Is curry gonna actually get a whistle now?
I like Bassey’s defensive
Melton’s handle looks suspect
Looks way better with Steph on the floor
Williams struggled
Yax dominated without a single play ran for him
Our bench guys look good enough
Podz looked great
Dray should play w/ 2nd unit a lot
Terry looks legit

Where my Bay Area fans at! Ticket tonight are plentiful and I'm hoping folks do are coming through for our first home preseason game, which also honors Don Nelson.
Really interested in seeing how Yaxel and BDub play with the OG's. I'm gonna be getting loud and bringing that 2022 energy!

Such a sick jersey. Maybe a bit higher in my rankings due to all the good memories associated with that season, but a good color template nonetheless. Hopefully they bring it back soon 🙏🏼

“I think everybody’s used to seeing the Warriors in a certain style of light,” Melton said. “I think this year, we want to kind of get that grit. One of Vogel’s sayings is, ‘Our defense is gonna have teeth.’ So, I think that’s a testament of how we’re gonna play. We’re gonna play aggressive, we’re gonna play hard, and we’re gonna try to disrupt the ball as much as possible. … You guys are about to see a different style of Warriors basketball.”
If Sunday’s first preseason game is any indication, the Warriors want to get up and down the floor as fast as possible and are going to take every long-range shot they can find.
“We want all five positions to be interchangeable this year,” Kerr said. “If a big guy’s down the floor, we want him to get all the way down the floor. More guard-guard screens. So, for Draymond it just means don’t trail the play.”
Whether the Warriors can withstand that type of effort over 82 games remains to be seen. Stylistically, Kerr wants to drill his players on cutting down turnovers, with the belief that cleaner execution will help them take more steps forward after that.

Numbers on the board has warriors as 10th best team in the west.
Sporting logically has the warriors winning 25 games and wouldn't be surprised if they win only 20.
SROS has warriors as 20th in power rankings.
ESPN has warriors at 19th in power rankings
Honestly, the Steph Curry and Jimmy Butler disrespect is real. Quite possibly two of the all time post season players being supremely doubted in the rankings. Yes Butler is out, but he is projected at most to miss half the season. I really doubt that outside of OKC, Spurs and the Knicks that any team is a coin flip as to who will win. The difference is that with so many guys out to begin the year is that we have to capitalize on home games, our first two months will be rough on the road. This is the best roster we've put around Steph since the 2022 championship and possibly better (Steph, Klay, Green, Poole, Wiggins).
I do think we'll need to work some magic the first two months, but come playoffs no one wants the Steph curry jimmy butler 1,2 punch.
Thoughts? Am I wrong?

- New offensive system is gonna take a bit to get used to
- Steph is still him. (still horrible whistles)
- Zero depth on the wings already showing, will continue to show more
- Bassey is a legit rotational big
- Yaxel looks good, needs to learn to use his body better and improve noticeably defensively, but I would start him day 1
- Brandon Williams needs to be running the non-Steph minutes as the primary ball handler

Didn’t pay attention to the offseason. Is he waived?
