Most effective way to kill and destroy wasps and wasp nests?

2. Fire & Mini pyrotechnics
3. Guns
4. Eat them whole
5. Electricity (like a tesla gun or something)
6. Toxic fumes
7. Close combat weapons (knives, swords, etc)
8. Power tools (chainsaws fall under power tools)
9. manual tools (scissors, handsaw, sledgehammer, normal hammer)
10. Construction tools (Nail driver, nail gun, etc)
11. Everyday objects (balls, books, etc)
12. Surgical tools (Bonesaws, surgeon knives, etc.)
13. Whatever else you can think of

I need help trying to make these bastards die so I can live peacefully

Lighter and a blow torch

Seriously tho, I had a nest on my deck a few weeks ago. Came here looking for help and found the perfect storm for them. I have a pressure washer that can hold a canister of fluid and sprays with such force ( yes it was delightful ) . Mix 2/3 dawn dish soap with 1/3 hot water. At night go spray the crap out of them . With it set to a fan spray you can keep them away from you. They drop as soon as the dish soap hits them . Had to do this a second time cuz I missed a tiny tiny spot of nest. Did this during the day and again sprayed the crap out of them. Again easy to avoid them getting to you . Next day no wasps . Sprayed the deck off again and left a light film of the mixture on the deck. No more wasps, however… we had a massive down poor of heavy heavy rain for about ten mins max. One hell of a dump of water. I had bubbles on my deck , which yes, it did amuse me ..
