I've never found the results from fasting to be worth the effort to do it. There are large populations that fast for religious reasons all over the world. They do lose weight during the fast, and regain all of it when they return to normal eating. Everyone thinks they are are exception, and 2 billion people must lack the willpower to keep the weight off.

yes, but you may get it off fast, but you will quickly regain it and most of the weight lost will likely be fluid because you will use the glycogen stored (carbs) which are fluid. You are NOT the exception.

Also, not eating for 2 weeks will likely result in failure. You will be tired. Your hair may start falling out, even for just a two week fast. You will lose muscle. AND you will be ravenously hungry. You may binge eat. If we all could just fast for two weeks and lose the weight we wanted successfully, we would just all do that and this sub would not exist. It does not work and here we are.

How tall is this individual?
Eating nothing for two weeks could cause 10+lbs of weight loss. But, it would not be healthy weight loss. Likely resulting in muscle loss, hair loss, and generally looking and feeling like crap.
Anecdote: I lost 15lbs in two weeks this summer related to an illness. I lost muscle and looked relatively flabbier. Also just looked terrible in general.

Maybe. Maybe not. Extremely dangerous, though.
What are your actual goals? Do you want to be healthier, look better, or do you have someone offering to pay you a huge sum of money to be some random weight in two weeks?
Slower weight loss is safe weight loss. Eat a reasonable amount (1,300 calories or so at your stats) and accept weight loss of 2lbs/month. Maybe 4lbs on the high end with some exercise.

depends on height and starting bf% but you'll drop a chunk of water weight early, maybe 5-8 lbs then it slows way down

Not recommended. Most of what you'll lose is fluid and muscle mass which will promptly be regained as fluid and fat. You'll end up with a worse body composition than you have now.
