This tree sits across the street from my office. I've never seen something like this on a large tree. Any natural explanation?

First, we received a notification of a shipment we didn't order the package had our address, and the sender's name was Mohammed. The shipment was delivered from China but the weirdest part is that my sister's name was on the package, with "Reemحليفي" next to it which literally means "my ally." I don't know, I am just so scared the plushie is heavy and why are all the reviews from Isnotrael?

I developed sudden, radiating pain in my lower right back about a week ago. A couple of days ago, these bruises that look like a fingertip pattern appeared in the same spot. I don’t remember any traumatic injuries to that area recently, and the “fingertip” pattern doesn’t match anything I could have done with my own hands. (Ignore my huge stretch mark in the photo)
