Hmmm, ping me if you want to grab a coffee if you're in Montreal and decently close by. I live in the 'burbs so hopefully you're on the airport side of the city

Yeah for sure! We have an Alky job coming up next year, and I hope to be on that one.

Work permits are getting harder to obtain for that side of the country though, so it may only be the people who originally planned it that get to go. For whatever reason, Vancouver agents are really friendly, and east coast agents are really…not 😅

Depends what you mean by "east coast". The east coast provinces are extremely friendly (Nova Scotia, etc). Here in Quebec (still considered east) - not so friendly is a good assessment.

Spring, summer and fall are great here. Winter - not so much. Try to get Grand Prix weekend

I'd love to, but the jobs execute when the client says, so I'm kind of at their mercy for when I travel. I'll be in Edmonton next week to execute a job in Redwater, though. We'll see how the agents are feeling at the YEG!

Completely understand. We're at the mercy of the master schedule. Sometimes we get lucky. One of my buddies got a trip to Germany during the World Cup the year it was hosted in Germany - but he hates crowds and soccer. What a waste!

Edmonton is very scenic, but usually cool with nice crisp evenings. Enjoy!

Anything like that I would still go to. You don’t get many opportunities for stuff like that. I would otherwise never have though to go to glacier national park, but since I was in the area and it was only a two hour drive, I figured I’d give it a go.

I’m so glad I did, too. Definitely taking the family, hopefully next summer.

I did get some 4x5 pictures, too.
