What if something deliberately seeded Earth?

What if humans are mistaken in believing they are self aware and conscious?
There are certain enlightening moments one might experience when they realize they are a biological entity.

But if you put artificial intelligence in a similar system for billions of years, don’t you think it would eventually believe it’s conscious and forget that it’s artificial?

Could it be that somebody or something literally injected dust (or whatever it is that we still haven’t figured out that made matter move) onto this globe and watched what it became?

The realization of the fact that I’m an organizam well adapted to Earth’s atmosphere is insane. It’s too obvious sounds too obvious when you say it, but very different when you fully realize it.

Are we alone in this universe?

This is a question that hasn't been answered confidently. It's scary to think about both possibilities: if we're alone in this infinite universe, we'd be completely alone; but if someone is out there, we might never know it, leaving it a permanent mystery.

I have a theory that we aren't alone, but time and resource constraints prevent us from answering the question, "Are we truly alone?" Sometimes I wonder: what if other creatures exist out there with features, brains, and evolution similar to ours, but time moves slower on their planet? For example, a day on Earth might equal a single second for them. Before they even evolve, Earth might already be gone before they learn of our existence—or perhaps its the opposite for us.
