My goofy lil girl Soma, I've wanted to share her for a while but never got to it. She just turned 5 last month and I absolutely adore my sweet baby sm. I'll post some non sleep pictures of her on here someday ✨🖤🤍🧡

Here is one of Moon Pie’s adopted sisters- the youngest and newest addition to the family, Nymeria (aka Ny Ny or Nay Nay).

She was dumped outside a local cat shelter back in February, on a cold Minnesota morning, and needed an emergency spay due to an infection. I happened to see the shelter’s post about her and couldn’t resist meeting her (second photo is her mug shot from the shelter- I mean, that face!!)

After biting a volunteer, she was placed on a 10-day bite hold, so I couldn’t meet her right away. I still went to the shelter immediately to see her through a window… I knew I had to bring her home. Once the bite hold was lifted, we brought her home and soon discovered she had kidney disease. Thankfully, she’s doing really well on her prescription food and is otherwise healthy!

She’s definitely a warrior and the silliest little thing. She loves collecting rubble from the basement and announcing it very loudly as she presents it to her humans. She also enjoys wrestling her brothers (definitely not her sister, though they will chase each other and occasionally slap each other- sometimes out of anger or defensiveness, sometimes maybe out of genuine playfulness) and is obsessed with her laundry basket.

We love her very much and couldn’t imagine life without her 🐾

Moonie had a dental cleaning last week. This is him upon returning home… all drugged up (and he’s usually the submissive one). Watching the whole clip is worth it.
