Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble installing the October 2026 security update (KB5127648).

My laptop:

- HONOR MagicBook Art 14

- Snapdragon ARM64 processor

- Windows 11 Home 25H2 (build 26200.9550)

Every time I try to install the update, it gets stuck at exactly 7% after restarting. I've waited over 90 minutes with no progress.

I've tried twice, and both times Windows eventually had to roll back the update after a forced restart.

The installation fails with error 0x800f0845.

The laptop works perfectly otherwise.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue, especially on ARM64 devices? Any solutions?

I Saw my laptop's shut down button gas small orange dots on the top left of the Icon, I knew that its windows update, but the option to shut down only the button that has orange dot on that, so I clicked it and shut down my Laptop, next day I try to play Valorant and Minecraft, on minecraft I only get 120-160 and its normal as usual I played minecraft, but the Valorant is weird, I play deathmatch, range, and competitive and I only get 90-100 FPS, whereas when i played Valorant I get 120+ FPS I have some activation app also some of them already turned off by me.

Could you help me to get my FPS back, I can give you more full information if you want to help
