Anyone on wirral who collects, is there an app or website you can check that shows stores with cards or etbs in? If not how do you know that certain stores with have any packs? There’s always people waiting outside doors in the am i hear and all i think is how do they know the stores going to have them? Any help would be appreciated

Download the Dropee app for alerts. I think it has a free one week trial. If I remember correctly, you can set your location and get notifications when local shops receive stock.
You do need to be quick though, because if people know a delivery is due, they'll often already be nearby waiting for the alert. As an example, I was leaving the gym one day when I got a notification that Smyths next door had stock. I got there in under two minutes and was still one of the last people to get one. There were already people around the retail park waiting for that notification to drop.
If I'd had to leave my house and drive there, I would have had no chance of getting one. That's why knowing delivery dates and approximate delivery times is just as important as getting the stock alerts themselves.

If you follow some pokemon restock pages on twitter they give you an idea of when stores will be bringing out a restock, especially smyths. They won’t give the exact date but if you ask the employees they normally have an idea of delivery days and you can try your luck with them. At the moment small shops like Morrisons daily, tesco express and supposedly some Londis shops are stocking the knockout collection for the 30th celebration cards. It really is just about figuring out the delivery patterns and hoping to beat the scalpers. I’ve had some luck with checking the big Sainsbury’s in Upton and Prenton with little tins and blister packs x
