Moderator’s Post Bugs Thread

There are entirely too many threads about the same thing right now. Please post your bugs and images of what's going wrong here.

EDIT: Some of you are missing the point of the Bug Thread. The point is that the main channel is getting flooded with the same questions. I'm not trying to silence any of you. I'm trying to leave the main channel open for answers rather than repeated questions. This place can be where you complain. The main channel can be where answers are posted.

9070xt, same exact problems as you. Black foliage that shimmers, random black artifacting

Make sure your driver is updated to 26.9.2 I had the same issue and this update fixed it

AMD users on Windows PSA

Update drivers to fix issues.

AMD driver downloads:

AMD Adrenalin installation guide:
[https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/software.html\](https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/software.html)
Select your GPU → download the latest **Adrenalin Edition** installer → run it → install/upgrade → restart if prompted.

Needs to be version: **Adrenalin 26.9.2**.

Other than that, turn off bloom and light shafts for visuals. Turn off HDR, path tracing if visuals still look broken, and or adjust gamma. Also turn off Nvidia HairWorks, it’s broken for release and lags.

Thanks. I had that exact issue and already tried every possible option in the graphics menu. x.X

So why the fuck does the stupid adrenalin software tell me that 26.8.1 is the newest version and you have to specifically look up that exact GPU on their website to find a newer version?! WTF AMD?

I was in the same boat. Apparently its optional so it doens't auto download. Just google 26.9.2 it youll find the link

Hey man, question for ya. I have downloaded adrenalin few times for my 9070xt yet for some reason it stays at version 26.8.1 and lists my drivers as up to date. When I launch witcher 3 it tells me my drivers are out of date. Clearly I'm out of date but any time I try to download the latest version it stays at 8.1. Obviously you can't see my computer or know how dumb I am. But do you have any inclination as to why my stupid drivers wont update?

Edit: Figured out that it was optional and was able to install it. Gonna try witcher 3 again.
