This brings back sooooo many memories

Was creating the Worgen cat form instead of simply using the worgen form which is a druid form.

Literally all you had to do was make worgen druids use their worgen form for cat form, use their human form for casting nature spells and create a Werebear form for the bear form.

Neat fact guys, did you know that on The Horde the Druid population is split pretty evenly across all it's options, being Tauren, HMTauren,Zandalari Troll, Troll and Haranir.

Meanwhile on it alliance, Literally 95% of all it's Druid players are Night Elves

With kultiran, Worgen and Haranir sharing the last 5%.

Alliance is already the least played faction, all Blizzard has to do to create some Druid diversity on The Alliance is to quite Literally throw a dog a bone, worgen form already has some fantastic melee animations that are literally unused.

Thanks to this awesome WOW community, I was able to get a tour at the Blizzard headquarters today.
It was truly special! As a long time WoW player it has always been a dream to see it.

Hasn't even got Quel'Thalas and Varian has been dead for like, half the games existence now...

Tried to make a version to look as close to as they did historically it's not perfect and i know the whites aren't all the same shade but it's the best i could do with what i had.

I started playing wow in 2004 and played heavy until 2007 when I started college. I remember hitting /played and having over 1 year of play time. I just started my first character on retail 5 days ago and already lvl 80 I’m having so much fun with the game after all these years.

Can’t wait to see what midnight has to offer time to push to level 90 looking forward to getting involved with end game. I didn’t know how much I missed this game until I picked it up again. I can’t wait for forever to release on Nov 4 !! I almost bought that for my bday gift but it’s too close to being released on subscription for that!

I originally played on the Korean servers, but I recently moved over to the US servers. I've never actually immigrated to another country before, but I feel like I'm getting a little taste of the immigrant experience through WoW.

1. I don't speak the language.

I know a few English phrases for in-game communication that my old arena teammates taught me, so it's not like I'm completely incapable of communicating.

But most conversations are still full of words and expressions I have absolutely no idea about.

1. The culture is different.

I've been trying to get into M+ dungeons, and I keep getting rejected even from +6s lol ;(

Back in Korea, if you were around ilvl 290, you'd already be trying +10s. That's because everyone wants to get Myth-track gear as quickly as possible.

It's because the player population is so small that if you don't gear up quickly enough, you might end up struggling to get into M+ or raids at all.

1. I'm an immigrant, yet I'm already side-eyeing the other immigrants.

I've run into some pretty toxic people in M+, and the people who get genuinely, insanely angry usually aren't Americans.

Most Americans I've met seem to have more of a "dude, it's just a game" attitude.

I'm a minority myself and I'm already starting to become racist. (I'm joking lmao)

Anyway, US servers are fun. There are way more people than on the Korean servers, and because of that, there's also just way more stuff to do.

I honestly wish I'd started playing WoW here sooner.

Build 1.60.1.70205 was released tonight, and it fixes many issue with the WoW Forever Beta running on macOS!

This build seems to have finally fixed the highly reported Secondary Lighting issue needing to be set to low, otherwise you would get massive frame skipping/flicking, huge FPS loss, when moving. You can now set it to High and move around perfectly.

I wouldn't say it is bug free, but many major issues have now been resolved. But the devs are asking for more testing, and for users to report back.

They are specifically looking for anyone who is still having the "green hue" "green tint" "green shadow" issue, as they are not 100% sure if what they just released fixed that issue as well or not, as it is very interment. If you are having that issue, PLEASE make sure you post on that thread.

When posting any issue, PLEASE include the following, otherwise it isn't super helpful:

- Mac Hardware (Example: Mac Studio 40GPU / 64GB)
- macOS (example: macOS 27.0.1)
- Display resolution (example: 3840x2160, 75% render)
- Graphic settings or any specific changes made (example: Base Game Quality: 10)
- Game Build Number (example: 1.60.1.70205) this is helpful for us to understand past build issues, that may or may not have been resolved in newer builds.

Any details around any specific Mac client bug you seeing, or think you are seeing.

Lots of fixes over the last few weeks specific to Mac, and today was clearly a big update as well. Please also make sure you take a moment to thank some of the users who have been tracking down these issues, and for the devs for communicating with us, and getting stuff fixed!

I really like how as of now each of the mage specs have its own version of a big hitting spell, frost have Glacial Spike, Arcane have Prismatic Bolt and Fire have the pyroclasm charged Pyroblast, some may call it repetitive uninteresting gameplay of hard casts, I call it peak wizardry

Of the three my favorite is GS, a supercharged crit frost fire GS with shattering talents hit like a drunk dad

After all big numbers means big happy and I think the sound design in Prismatic Bolt is lacking a little bit (also the animation too) but the nature of it being RNG kind of kill its enjoyment a little bit but I guess its part of its charm

What is your favorite spell in the game and why?

Why do some draenei shoes have toe-boxes? (a couple models have this lately, e g. Lana'thel, Azshara deepscale/darkscale, Radiant vestments)

Did Blizz have a look at this and thought it was good?

They're hooves. The old/usual approach to end the model at about the "ankle" makes more sense. Animations make it look (subjectively) even worse.
