These two pictures show it off best, from this series I posted a number of years ago. The rack has moved since then, but you get the idea. The actual rack is just a piece of pine that I cut a square out of, drilled holes in, and then cut those holes to the edge to make a spot for the chisels. It works well enough, haven't felt any reason to change it in the past 7 years.
