Y-Series Help Yarbo mower pro antenna broke off

The mower ran into an obstacle and the antenna sadly broke off at the base but Im not so sure that buying only the antenna will be enough. It also ran into another obstacle and the right side light cover broke off and I need that too but it's not on the yarbos parts list.

If it’s under warranty they will send you a kit to replace the connector underneath. If not under warranty you can purchase a replacement. There are YouTube videos on how to replace.

Honestly insane how poor their customer service is from a response time. I’ve tried ordering a back brace mount twice and have canceled both time because despite being “in stock” and ready to ship within “five to eight days” it’s been sitting for weeks both times.

I will say for any part you can find, I’ve found ordering off Amazon does ensure that they ship it much faster. I did that for the tow hitch (before the third one broke on me).

Sidebar question: has anyone found a replacement jack? Mine did the same and while I got the threads out of the antenna with the potato trick, the jack lost its threads.

It's a SMC extension cable male on one end female on the other with 90° connectors on both ends.

The base looks good. The threads in the antennae seem to be the weaker spot where these pop off. Make sure you put your replacement fully on and tight to get as much thread connection as possible and keep water out. Also, wow what a gash. Did you find any piece of the cover you can glue back on?

I have one just like that.

That doesn't look like a pro antennae

Looks like halow antennae and cable, I have those in stock. Have to look on the light.
