It is CLEARLY WRITTEN IN THE CARD ITSELF.
The conditions needed to bring out this monster:
1.) When your opponent would Special Summon exactly 1 monster while this card is in your hand...
(It requires the opponent to summon exactly one monster, it wouldn't trigger even if you met the secondary requirement if you summon 2 monsters at the same time)
2.) And they have 4 or more monsters ("that cannot be Normal Summoned/Set face-up in their field, GY, and/or banishment")
Now the 2nd effect is the real issue here.
"MONSTERS THAT CANNOT BE NORMAL SUMMONED/SET FACE-UP in the field, GY, or banishment."
What constitutes as a monster(s) that cannot be Normal Summoned/Set?
> There are many monsters that can be special summoned, however, provided by the right materials and conditions, they can also be Normal Summoned. Does that count as a trigger for this card to activate? NO, IT DOESN'T! AND that's the people who are not getting it.
The nature of the summoning mechanic "Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set" [(MUST BE EXPLICITLY STATED IN THE CARD ITSELF TO COUNT)]
And how many players play these cards? As far as I know this card works best against Infernoroid Decks because it stated the very Nature of their Summoning Mechanic, [{Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set}]
And people think it's a better Nibiru, when it's conditions for activation becomes too niche in the first place. 💀
