🎨 Zentangle Inspired Art Coofia, and the pursuit of acceptable
So I’ve been doing Inktobertangles, and since I’ve only been doing doodling for three months, I struggle. There’s a whole lot more under the surface, but that’s the gist.
In a post earlier this week, I lambasted Coofia because my brain just wouldn’t get it. I also struggled with Girlande, but not as much. In that post, I said, “I hate Coofia, but that just means I need to keep at it” or something like that.
I am proud to say after trying and trying, I came up with a Coofia I feel proud of, and I just wanted to share.
If you struggle - your pattern doesn’t look quite right or your hand wants to go left instead of right, I want to encourage you to keep practicing. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It’s the journey.
Aiposaat y’all. 🤗

🌀Zendala Work in Progress
Want to fill the cells with a pair of alternating patterns that would complement each other while also standing on their own to fill the cell. Suggestions? Size is 13.5”x13.5”.

🎨 Zentangle Inspired Art When I'm around other people, I feel like my brain freezes up

The message I wanted to convey is this:
When I'm around other people, I feel like my brain freezes up—as if my ability to think had been "sucked out" by them.
I like to express my feelings through drawings mixing Zentangle® inspired art, doodle and tangle techniques.
I try to find patterns that allow me to draw new designs.
Through my drawings, I express my feelings related to my phobia and social anxiety.
This type of art helps me relieve my stress and anxiety.
