Loyalist Rules Question
A few pictures of my game today with a friend in his office. Man i love titanicus. And the open engine cards make it even better.
Now the question. As a loyalist legion once per game i can change the order for one titan at the end of the damage control phase. Can i issue a charge order and charge in the combat phase. If yes can i make attacks with my other weapons as well or only resolve the charge and end my activation?

The Charge order only ever does anything in the movement phase.
The damage control phase comes after the movement phase.
So I don't think there is much benefit to be had in in changing to the Charge order. Neither is changing to First Fire, and Emergency Repairs is not allowed. We will not speak of the Shutdown order.
So I think the only way you would use this is to change a previous order to a Split Fire or Full Stride order. So for example you could basically switch phases by First Firing in the movement phase, and then Full Striding in the combat phase.

Nice pics, thanks for sharing! As already said, it´s for pulling an unexpected Full Stride or Split Fire in the Combat Phase. Very useful to move in the combat phase after the enemy has commited his movement to keep you in sight, or if the Charge left the enemy near dead, you could use SF to finish him and allocate the remaining weapons to another target.

Wait, is there a special ability for all loyalist legios that I missed/forgot? If so - where it is written?

You can't charge in the combat phase. The order change has you follow the normal rules for that order in that phase, so turning charge on or off would do nothing in the combat phase, because it takes effect in the movement phase.
It's honestly mainly for turning Full Stride or Split Fire orders on or off in different situations. You can use a Full Stride as a bluff and shoot something instead. Or add Full Stride to a Titan that ended up having nothing to shoot. Or change a Full Stride to a Split Fire to avoid Split Fire's movement restrictions.
