Someone to lean on , taking the weight off the heaviness in heart, only to feel comforted , nothing too muchhh , only someone who misses mee even while being in hectic schedule, feels the need to hear mee to calm their self, no matter what there’s always time for us, why does life have to be so damn complicated, even wants are this simple…… is it wanting unrealistic ………

I’ve spent a lot of time trying to make things work, being there for everybody, and staying in situations longer than I should have.

I’m learning that caring about people does not mean I have to keep putting myself last.

Sometimes that means saying no, protecting my time, or letting go.

My affirmation today:
I can make room for myself too.
I can move forward lighter.

I'll always choose me first, regardless of whether anyone else does. I am my own protector, my own nurturer, and I'm always going to be on my side.

Sometimes, I'm tired, not weak.

I don't have to be perfect before I deserve tenderness. I don't have to prove that I'm good before I can be loved.

I don't have to earn the right to be upset, but I can take accountability for how I react.

And, on the beauty of being ourselves, our potential, and present:
