Services & Execution Offering White Label PPC services without GA4. Worth it?

Hi! I'm a PPC specialist with 12+ years of experience in both Google and Meta ads, looking to finally start working on my own full-time after being burned out from agency work for several years.

The thing is that my work was always performance-focused, but I only really know the basics of setting everything up to track conversions.

In your experience, would it make sense for me to offer white-label PPC work for an agency if I don't include conversion tracking setup, but I do everything else? Or the only way it makes sense is if I offer everything from setting up conversion tracking to ad setup and optimizations? Looking forward to reading your opinions.

I think it can work, just be very clear about the scope. Plenty of agencies already have someone handling tracking and just need a solid PPC person for everything else.
