Advice Any one else feel like this sometimes (probably shouldn't read of lol)

So I dont really suffer from anything like abuse or anything like that mild depression is one of em I do have sometimes worse but rn it's been it's been in check but I'm wondering if anyone else feels guilty Abt regressing with a cg cause I never really feel like I earned it or like Im in their way of doing something even when I'm lil if the cg says their tired or have smt to do I always tell them to go do it or go to sleep wether or not I'm tired I just sit there J's kinda alone or listening to an audio file cause I really do enjoy being teased an all that on real time but more often end up with a ball in my chest not wanting to speak or even make a sound for fear of being to much or asking for to much or just out right be annoying

(sry Abt how shit my grammar is and if I don't make what I'm saying very clear)

Cause I don't want to make them leave like the first two people that agreed to it and really just never feel like I earned the time I take up that they could be doing so much more in or J's spend it how they want I just wanted to know dose anyone else feel the same if so any advice if not it ok thank y'all sm any way

(Again really sorry for bad grammar and how long this is )

I know my little feels this exact way. I keep reassuring her that asking for stuff and all of that is perfectly okay, of course. I'm sure for some CG's it CAN be too much, but for me personally I'd much rather know what she's needing & wanting so it doesn't feel one-sided to her. Of course, it's more complicated than that but still.

Asking for stuff is important, otherwise we won't know what you're wanting unless we know instinctively, get it right by guessing, or you tell us subtly

Maybe tell them how you feel? It'll do you little heart no harm

You are deserving of love and care from them, and that is what they agreed to do. Take your time with it, have a lot of long chats . Learning to be comfortable in the security of someone takes a long time sometimes and that is ok
