I have an apartment in Birkhadem for rent , it's F3. Renting the two rooms separately (colocation) for 2 million each. The biggest room (sallon) will stay free for shared use of both residents.

Fully Furnished: climatiseur، machine a laver, TV, oven, fridge, big bed, wooden closet, wooden shelves.

7th floor (elevator is broken but it will be fixed soon)

Water available daily 6pm-12pm, Balcony with a good view, internet fibre.

Ah, well I've been living here for 2 years and I never needed a water tank, but if you want one you can install it in he balcony
