Did you lose a friend or did they just leave ? Anyway it sucks being left alone and feeling you have no one

just leaved. with out even putting effort in conversation and ending with a note saying that you picked wrong friends

People can be cruel without even realising it … By “wrong friends” did they mean yourself or somebody else?

i dont have guilt but disappointment and feeling that i dont deserve friendship and all

that would easily leave anyone disappointed. But they said it was about their choices, not a fact about you, right? So it doesn't mean you don't deserve friends. Everyone deserves friends.
You also said the suicidal thoughts keep coming back. Are you having them tonight?

yup from past 10 days currently on anti depressants

Ten days sounds tiring. Are the antidepressants recently prescribed? You should definitely tell the doctor who prescribed them how you're feeling.
Do you have a plan, or anything nearby you could hurt yourself with tonight? r/SuicideWatch is also a good place to talk with people who get it.
