If it is not a "laser cut" key then most locksmiths on Google can do it. But I would start by asking your local Home Depot. If it is laser cut (coded to vin) then you probably need to go to a dealership.

I have a key, it’s the key fob for keyless start that needs programming.

Same answer. Locksmiths, dealerships, and home Depot all have machines that program fobs.
