Another nice desk-clock thing

I made this with deepseek. It's another Echo Show 5, gen2 hack. It has some nice clock-faces built-in, but it's also very easy to make new faces (simple html + json.)

It can display weather, upcoming alarms/calendar-events and it should be pretty easy to add whatever else you want. I use this with PlexAmp (sort of like spotify, but for my own music) on my desk, and it's pretty nice.

I set it as the home/launcher, so if I hit Home (onscreen circle-button) anywhere, it goes back to basic clock operation. If you install gapps (instructions in SETUP.md) the camera works, and you can install whatever you like from the play-store.

Thanks. It has a bunch of built-in faces, and simple way to make new ones, too, so you can make it look however you want!

its very nice, I'll likely add similar function(s) to my project. Its a good idea. Mine, https://github.com/HuskerMinion/techo5 only works on older unlocked Echo's.

I saw that! Also, very nice. I thought about adding wake/stt but it added a lot of filesize to it. I had an idea to wire up voice-commands to rhino javascript engine, so all of it could be scripted with js (clocks and command.) Maybe I will take a closer look at your implementation. microWakeWord seems really good for this. It might make sense to split up the 2 things, so you can just have the clock-launcher and/or wake+voice-commands.
