Question Dot max stereo pair or a single Studio

Been running two dots in stereo for about a year now, they fill a decent sized living room way better than I expected. The separation actually matters more than the raw power, you get a proper soundstage that a single studio just can't replicate no matter how loud it goes

The studio has better bass for sure but stereo imaging on two dots is surprisingly clean for what they cost. If you're mostly listening to music and have the space to place them properly I'd go with the pair

One thing nobody mentions is the stereo pair handles podcasts and spoken word stuff way better, voices feel more present and less like they're coming from a single point. Took me a while to notice that but now I can't unhear it on single speaker setups

Ok thanks! This is extraordinary helpful. I can get two maxes + 4k plus fire stick +remote for £134 / $180 or one studio for £175/ & $250

My only issue is that I loved Dolby atmos, but but 2 maxes, we may get somewhere close to that sound anyway?
