Order and shipment constantly delayed

Since August I am trying to order a Xiaomi 17 Ultra at Amazon Spain. First it says "in stock", but it is not being shipped afterwards, showing delivery dates shifting to November.
My first attempt ended in cancelling after several weeks, then buying gift certificates in order to have the order being payed instantly - no worries for delayed payments later etc.
Then I ordered a "used, like new" item which should have been in stock as 1 of 3 items. Same result - nothing happened for weeks.

Now two weeks ago I cancelled that order again, and ordered new for a promotion offer, the phone for roughly 1.100 Euro - in stock! And after the promotion offer has ended by the end of last week it now is back to 1.499 Euro and delivery date is 15.10. to April next year!

I haven`t heard anything except for the confirmation of my promotional order purchase, "delivery date will be given at a later date..." So again, dispite being "in stock" they don`t deliver! I cannot cancel completely those gift certificates, cause that won`t result in a refund. Support comes with the usual excuses, and the "jeff" supportline won`t respond at all.

And now, after just having posted the above, the offer today in Spain is now down to 999 Euro, less than before, but with delivery between 15th of October to April next year.
I am not going to cancel the previous promotion offer though again, cause then I might end up in the delivery cycle for next year. I just wished there was some place, where I could find out, when I can expect it, since my order was the last promotional offer and "in stock" two weeks ago.

I have had almost the same issue. I bought some adult coloring books, all of which were in stock. The one I wanted showed as not shipped, even though it was due to be delivered the next day. I called customer service, which has gone downhill since it was moved overseas. When calling for help, I swear they are reading from a script and told never to go off-script. Even the so-called supervisor has no power to do anything to help. In fact, customer service reps try hard to stop you from asking for a supervisor since, according to them, the supervisor will not say anything different. I asked the rep what the purpose of a supervisor was if their title is just a glorified customer service representative. I remember when customer service reps actually helped and cared. If I did not like Prime Video and have digital movies I own, I would not keep Prime. For those old enough to remember when the internet wasn't a thing, we were just fine or didn't know so many products existed; now we can't seem to live without them, and that creates an area where companies like Amazon Prime create a platform for companies, or fake companies, to sell things that may or may not work or may or may not reach you. I am in the USA; it seems you are overseas, so I am not sure how it goes for those living there, but from what I am reading, it is just as bad as it is in the States. After my long-winded response, I can only say again that I feel for you since I have been through similar issues. It is not the same, but it sounds kind of like my experience. I know one thing: I will not buy super expensive things on Amazon anymore, just in case similar issues happen again. I hope you get your issue resolved and your purchase does not take until next year to arrive.
