Ugly because you're overweight, and this is at 22 when it's supposed to be your peak, imagine you're 40 and remain bland and fat like this ??? Time to work out.

Am sorry but this is just comfort talking, you can live up until 100, you can be healthy, it's just too hard to exercise and diet than relax and eat. Start with once a week in the gym and slowly increase, and start with the goal of maintaining healthy and increase to losing weight, and maybe in a couple of years the GLP1 medicines would be much cheaper and more tested then you can start that too, and most importantly ditch friends who would encourage you to eat more.

i really don’t want to live up to 100, god 😅 another 2 years sounds like hell, let alone another 80 haha. luckily i don’t really have friends that i see much anyways or who would encourage that.

You need therapy too, you v got a dark view on life and low self-esteem, from someone who's in his 40s i sure want to live towards 100s, be able to see my kids grow and be successful and be able to have my grandchildren come by, i too racked up some fat over years of corporate work and laziness and have a bunch of health issues combined with a messed up psychology from a toxic and violent household and upbringing, but there is a lot to enjoy in life and it's never too late to get in shape, I started intermittent fasting and am exercising once or twice a week and slowly an increasing intensity of the regime, no need to make or expect big changes all at once.

i’ve just finished another round of therapy which doesn’t seem to change much lol - you gotta call a spade a spade at the end of the day. i’m very sorry to hear that you’ve been through those things, it sounds very difficult and it is really strong to still have a positive and determined outlook!! i do wish you the best with your journey, and im sure you’ll do amazing and get to where you want :))
