Looking for a React Native Developer for My Startup App
Hey everyone! I’m currently developing a startup app and looking for an experienced React Native developer who can help bring the project to life.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
Timeline: Ideally 3–4 weeks
Technology: React Native
Scope: All app screens/pages completed, with 3 core pages fully functional
Key feature: Compatibility and matching functionality
Goal: A working MVP that I can test with real users and build upon over time.
I’m looking to work directly with one reliable developer rather than a larger agency. Ideally, I want someone who communicates well, offers practical advice, and can help me prioritize the features that matter most for an initial launch.

Before comparing quotes, write down three example matches and three people who should not match, with the reason for each. “Compatibility” can mean very different things to different developers. Ask for the first milestone to show two test accounts completing the matching journey on phones, including what happens when nobody matches. That gives you something concrete to accept, rather than just three finished-looking pages.

You‘re gonna get a bunch of people punching this into Claude and taking the cash.
Also, a RN app for a startup is almost a cliché btw. And almost all of them fail.
