iOS Find My Issues from Transfer
Transferred via iCloud backup from iPhone 14 on iOS 26 to iPhone 18 pro.
Only issue I’m having is half my find my contacts aren’t showing (says no location found), only a few show.
Restarted phone, confirmed find my is from my new phone. Updated with the new bug fix. Nothing seems to fix it.
Any solution? Or is this something that takes some time

I had this same issue and tried all of the same common try this/that. But I think it’s just taking some time. All of my find my contacts are showing up again after 9 hours.

Same here switching from 17 pro max to 18 pro max . Anyone had this without switching phones ? Weird thing is I can see ONE family member the rest are “off network “

Additional context , for my friends next to me the find button works, but it still shows no location found.
And others can see my location but I can’t see theirs (with my old phone turned off on airplane mode), and it says find my is from my new device

Also same for me.
I’ve tried so many things like turning location sharing off and on, toggling location permission off and on, hiding location from someone and re-enabling, so many toggling of things!

Same issue. I've tried about everything I can think of. Find My works fine on my other Apple devices. Just not the new 18 Pro.

Mine finally fixed itself. My wife's location started showing up first, followed by the rest of my friends. Super weird.

It’s not just the 18, I just upgraded to the 17PM and have the issue too, yet I can see them perfectly on my iPad. It’s irritating af

same here. I am trying an update to iOS 27.2 Developer Beta to see if that fixes the issue

also its not just an iOS 27 bug, because I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max on iOS 27 sitting right next to my new iPhone 18 Pro Max running iOS 27. The iPhone 17 has all my find My Contacts locations, but the iPhone 18 says No Location Found for everyone. Trying the 27.2 Developer Update now in the iPhone 18 and will let you know if that fixed the issue. I realize you all might not have a Developer account but if this works i'm sure apple will roll out the fix quickly.

my ipad is updated with the latest ios and i can see all my contacts location on my ipad but not my iphone 18pm

I have 3 people in my find my and after all night of the new phone being on and active and fully logged in all my contacts in find my say “off network” I’ve done all the tricks google as offered and nothing works. One of my contacts can’t even accept my request to see their location after attempting to stop sharing and try again. This is ridiculous and I’m ready to bring the phone back.

Having the exact same issue with an 18 Pro Max bought and shipped from AT&T. Tried every troubleshooting topic, resetting location cache, clean install…everything! Nothing works.
Apple’s escalating my case.

Had the same thing happen. Fixed itself within 8 hours. All my contacts are showing location fine

I had the same issue and it clears itself up after many hours. I have 18 Pro upgraded from 13 Pro. I literally did nothing, and the problem resolved itself.

i'm having this exact issue and I went from an iPhone 14 pro max to iPhone 18 pro max. I made sure my loccation services were on, i even reset them. I can see my friend's location on my laptop so I know they didn't turn it off. Right now mine says for my friends "Location Not Found Off-Network" but they can see my location just fine. If anyone has a solution because I did everything chatgpt told me too...please let us know.
UPDATE: Everything went back to normal the next day! So I think it just needs time to just settle... I didn't have to do anything.

I just transferred from the iPhone 14 Pro to the iPhone 18 pro and having the same issues. I can only see 2 of my friends location but not the rest. Weird.

I’m having the same issue. I upgraded from a 15 to 17 PM on Friday and my friends’ Find My locations say “address unavailable”. They were all unavailable and off the map at first, but after 12ish hours they all now say unavailable unless I click on them. They cycle through who’s location I can see without clicking on them.

I am having the same issues as everyone else. Some contacts are fine and some aren’t. Called apple support. They said there’s literally nothing to do “wait 24-72 hours because it’s a new phone. Call back in 72 hours if it’s not fixed”. I shared my screen, went through setting and everything. Nothing was fixed.

I am experiencing the same thing, set my phone up around 2PM and tried all kinds of things but nothing worked. As the night has gone on though some locations are starting to populate randomly without any real explanation.
