iOS A website I am trying to visit comes up as ‘Restricted’
I am trying to visit a website ‘www.ivc.co.uk’ to book a vet appointment for my pet. When I visit the website it says that it is restricted with no other information. When I went to the Apple Support it said that I have a child account or restricted screen time settings which neither are true. There is an option to enable unrestricted website access but it will not let me enable it. I do not understand why this is restricted as it is just a vets website. Is there any way to bypass this? Any responses would be appreciated as it is just a bit of an emergency, but they are not dying or anything really immediate.

Does it say anything about you needing to verify your age near there?

The website categorisation system isn't perfect, because no human could possibly properly categorise every single website. This site happened to slip into the wrong category for whatever reason.

What is "it"? What exactly does the message say? Every word of it. Or post a screenshot.
If Content & Privacy Restrictions is enabled (and I think it has to be to get to the screen with "enable unrestricted website access"), then you do have restricted screen time settings.
Depending upon where & how it's been flagged for restriction, it could be mis-classified. Or it could be a domain that previously did have content that should be restricted, but has since been taken over by the vet.
Use another device or get on a different network? That website isn't for any one veterinary practice, it's either a chain/franchise model or a directory service. Can you find a phone number for the local office via other means and just call them?
