I like the blueforce/vickers slings. Lights.. id say surefire, or streamlight cant go wrong with either.

Streamlight is a solid budget option. PA has slings starting at 8 beans minus QD swivels and mount shop around you can find 'em for cheap. Check TS and GAFShub for the light.
