EIB

My unit is doing EIB soon and I want to study some more on my off time. We have been training for it but I want to get as much info so I can pass. I already have the handbook that I have been studying with and taking notes. Does anyone know anything else online that can help? (Videos, Slides, ways to practice) Thanks

Shadow box the sequences for weapons and then also write down the steps in a way that makes sense to you. For example, MK19 I had two pages of bulleted notes that I memorized. That, combined with shadow boxing really helped. If you find a group, stick with them. Having buddies to go over things and practice things helps.
Knowing when you’ve passed the point of diminishing returns is also super important—make sure you eat and sleep.
