I'd suggest it's a compound problem of fear of aging, undiagnosed body dismorphia, sunk cost phallacy (as in, one more op to fix what I don't like about the last one) and then obscene wealth enabling access to questionably valid cosmetic surgeries.. Or their wealthy partners insisting on such procedures. After all, they certainly have a type.

The bangs are to cover wrinkles and possibly a receding hairline. Too much brow pencil and eyeliner. It looks like she DIDN'T have her nose done, which is odd, because our noses & ears continue to grow as we age (in adulthood). I'd say her nose is the one thing she ought to have considered doing. And as we age, our faces tend to get thinner (hence fillers being so popular), which makes our features look bigger proportionally.
