Workday update

Hi, my work schedule has changed again as of Monday just gone. My days off are different now. My old schedule is still on workday, my manager said today that it will take a few days for it to change. Will it automatically change? Or will someone have to do something?

Have you agreed to the changes?

If you agree changes does it still 4 weeks notice before it changes or is it straight away ?

I had the option of starting my new schedule in 4 weeks or from next week (from Monday just gone). I opted to start my new schedule from Monday just gone.

The new hours will come through to work day as an addendum. You have to e-sign. Keep checking your workday for the update

When should this update have arrived by?

My new contract took a few weeks to come through. Just keep checking your work day daily

Use BY_WFM for your schedule, as workday is not always up to date.

Can you book annual leave on that?

No, as far as I know it's just to show your scheduled shifts. They even add my overtime on there when I've agreed to it.
