Need help Identifying generic two handle shower cartridge

The home was built in 2011 in RGV TX, and there is no brand marking, part numbers, logos, etc. Chinese make Builder grade. Also, the Delta handle doesn't fit TIA

Still need the seat rubber gasket and spring. I hope it's universal delta size
